Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, broccoli hollandaise and crisp onions to finish

Golden Mushroom Chicken
Tender sautéed chicken tossed with onion, leeks, garlic, shiitake, button and portobello mushrooms with parmesan cheese in a light cream sauce over egg noodles

Singapore Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with sautéed carrots, onions, celery and mushrooms in a garlic butter sauce over fried noodles and cabbage wontons   

Mediterranean Scallops
Deep sea pan seared scallops stewed with tomatoes, olives, garlic and artichokes served over mashed potatoes and asiago twile

Shrimp Gumbo Blanco
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a spicy Cajun white sauce over white rice

Wonton Crusted Salmon
Wonton crusted salmon served over chow chow slaw, honey sriracha, glaze and apple conserve  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
