Apple Cider Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with autumn spices and finished with an apple walnut chutney and a cider au jus, served over pumpkin mashed potatoes

Mongolian Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with broccoli, carrots, cabbage, peppers and onions in a soy garlic brown sauce, served over white rice

Island Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with jerk spices and finished with sriracha aioli, served over island fried rice with pineapple, scallions, coconut and raisins   

Shrimp & Clam Casino
Jumbo shrimp and chopped clams pan seared with bacon, onions and peppers in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Potato Crusted Corvina
The fish corvina has a sweet, mild taste with large, firm flaked flesh. We are preparing it pan seared in a ranch potato chip crust, finished with chipotle mayonnaise and crispy onions, served over wilted leek mashed potatoes

Grilled Sirloin Filet
Filet of sirloin served seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with crab Rangoon and served over mushroom gravy mashed potatoes with asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
