Dinner Features October 12th


Hunan Chicken                                                                                  

Pan seared boneless chicken breast strips in a garlic brown sauce with broccoli, mushrooms, onions and peppers over white steamed rice   



Buffalo Plate                                                                    

Tender battered boneless chicken breast bits tossed in buffalo sauce with macaroni salad, blue cheese french fries and finished with a ranch drizzle



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                

Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin with roasted garlic potatoes, broccoli and finished with a red wine mushroom demi glaze and crumbly blue cheese



Scalloped Scallops                                                                                                          

Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with ham, onion and peas in an asiago cheese cream sauce over pasta 



Dirty Shrimp                                                                        

Black pepper floured jumbo shrimp sautéed with peppers and onions then served over dirty rice and topped with crispy onions



Lemon Caper Striped Bass                                            

Pan seared Striped Bass over mashed potatoes and finished with a lemon caper butter sauce 



Blackened Corvina                                                                                               

Pan seared blackened Corvina over leek mashed potatoes, vegetable melody and spicy chipotle mayo



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
