Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak marinated and char grilled to order, finished with an onion steak sauce and served with mashed potatoes with gravy and a vegetable medley 

Kung Pao Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with broccoli, scallions, celery, peppers and onions in an Asian brown sauce, served over white rice  

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Stack
Tender crispy buttermilk battered chicken breast layered over bleu cheese mashed potatoes, vine ripe tomatoes, lettuce and crispy tobasco onions finished with a mild buffalo sauce and a ranch drizzle

Blackened Tuna
Sushi grade tuna pan seared with blackening spices and served with a honey soy glaze, apple slaw mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Sicilian Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh spinach, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts and garlic in a sherry butter sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes, fresh basil, red onion and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta  

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with a sriracha ranch remoulade and served over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
