Dinner Features October 26th, 2017


Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                               

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, with mashed potatoes and gravy with asparagus and finished with blue cheese mushrooms



Apple Chicken                                                                     

Pan seared spiced boneless chicken breast with pumpkin mashed potatoes and walnut con-serve     



Hunan Chicken                 

Pan seared boneless chicken breast strips with peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli in an Asian brown sauce over white rice



Blackened Tuna                                                              

Pan seared blackened tuna with stir fried vegetable, noodles and mango salsa with a soy glaze



Scallops Augratin                                                                                      

Pan seared deep sea scallops served over Cajun macaroni and cheese with a cracker topping and toasted pita



Creole Shrimp & Dirty Rice                                                                                       

Jumbo shrimp sautéed garlic, onions, peppers and chorizo in a hearty tomato sauce over rice  

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                               
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
