Jerk Chicken                                                                  

Boneless chicken breast pan seared and jerk seasoned over caramelized onion mashed potatoes, pineapple salsa and chimichurri aioli   



Chicken Broccoli Alfredo                           

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, red peppers and onions in an asiago cheese cream sauce over pasta



Scallops Florentine                                                                                                          

Deep sea scallops pan seared over a creamy spinach and artichoke baked pasta and finished with asiago cheese and toasted 



Gander Shrimp                                                                            

Jumbo shrimp sautéed and tossed with mushrooms, peppers, onions, leeks and broccoli in a white wine butter garlic sauce over pasta



Potato Crusted Salmon                                                                        

Pan seared potato chip crusted Akura Salmon over roasted red pepper mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with a basil aioli and crispy onions



Grilled Stockyard Flamingo                                                                                   

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak grilled to order and sliced and paired with a 3 cheese quesadilla, 2 fried eggs and finished with fresh salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese



Lemon Garlic sole                                                                                              

Lemon garlic butter broiled Sole fish with rice pilaf and vegetable medley then finished with a garlic burre  blanch



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                    

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
