Mussels Abruzzi                                                                         

Pan seared Prince Edward Island mussels tossed with garlic, onion, vine ripe tomatoes and fresh basil served over pasta with garlic butter toast points

Buffalo Chicken Stack     

Crispy breaded chicken breast layered with lettuce and tomatoes served over blue cheese mashed potatoes and finished with a buffalo sauce and ranch drizzle

Honey Siracha Chicken      

Pan seared chicken strips tossed with onions, mushrooms , broccoli and peppers in a sweet and spicy sauce over fried rice

Scallops Florentine                                                                                  

Deep sea scallops pan seared and served overbaked creamed spinach and pasta with toasted pita

Shrimp & Chorizo Sausage Gumbo                      

Pan seared Jumbo shrimp and chorizo sausage tossed with garlic, onion, and peppers in a hearts spicy marinara sauce over white rice

Fresh corvina broiled in a citrus butter and garlic served over mashed potatoes, asparagus and a citrus beurre blanc
