Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, finished with melted asiago cheese and a basil tomato relish, served with a twice baked potato

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli and red sweet pepper in a sherry rosemary peanut cream sauce, served over rice    

Chicken & Eggplant Rossa
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives and scallions in a garlic basil marinara sauce, served over pasta

Cajun Grilled Tuna
Sushi grade tuna grilled to order with Cajun spices, served with a Creole sauce, rice and asparagus

Scallops Fresno
Deep sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic white wine cheese sauce, served over rice  

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and spinach in a garlic sherry lemon wine sauce, served over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
