Parkside Picnic Plate
Grilled chicken breast and sweet potato fries, served over macaroni salad smothered with meat hot sauce, shredded cheddar, diced onions and spicy mustard

Chicken Shiitake
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts tossed with pasta in a garlic sherry cream sauce

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with portobello onion rosemary Madeira sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Sea Scallops Aglio Olio
Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, cauliflower, fresh spinach, mushrooms and olives tossed with pasta in a light garlic olive oil white wine sauce, dusted with goat cheese

Jerk Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with jerk spices and topped with a spicy mango salsa, served over asparagus spears with a side or rice

Shrimp Hawaiian
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh pineapple and mixed vegetables in a sweet and sour orange sauce, served over rice and finished with shredded coconut and raisins

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
