Braised Short Ribs                                                               

Boneless braised short ribs in a red wine garlic and rosemary reduction with sautéed mushrooms over mashed potatoes and vegetable medley



BLT Chicken                    

Southern fried chicken breast served over hodge podge mashed potatoes and layered with lettuce, tomato and bacon then finished with a spicy honey mustard  



Honey Garlic Chicken                                              

Tender sautéed chicken tossed with peppers, onions and mushrooms in a honey sriracha garlic sauce over rice



Scallops Florentine                                                                                   

Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over baked spinach and artichoke dip with toasted pita and finished with a 3 cheese blend



Garlic Tomato Shrimp                                                             

Pan seared Jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, onion, grape tomatoes and basil in a creamy asiago cheese Alfredo over fettuccini pasta  

 

Blackened Salmon                                                                   

Pan seared blackened salmon served over pesto mashed and asparagus then finished with chipotle mayo and sriracha crispy onions



Lemon Pepper  Sole                                                                                             

Broiled lemon pepper seasoned Sole fish served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley



            Fresh Broiled Haddock                                          

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



Fish Fry                                                                                             

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
