Dinner Features September 25


Asian Sue Plate
Beef pepper steak served over a noodle stir fry paired with honey sriracha garlic chicken served over fried rice with a side of steamed broccoli

Italian Ranch Chicken
Boneless Italian marinated chicken breast pan seared and layered with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes served over homemade macaroni salad and finished with a ranch drizzle   

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with meat hot sauce and, served with steamed broccoli and homemade macaroni salad

Blackened Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared with blackening spices, finished with a tomato onion garlic marmalade, presented over creamy bacon macaroni and cheese and served with asparagus spears  

Scalloped Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with smoky ham, peas garlic and onions and in a cream sauce over pasta

Potato Crusted Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared with a potato chip crust, finished with crispy onions and a house made tartar sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Shrimp Bruschetta Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomato, onion and garlic in a fresh basil pesto Alfredo, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
