Boneless chicken breast strips stir fried with broccoli, mushrooms, onions and peppers in a spicy honey garlic sriracha sauce, served over white rice

Montréal T-bone Steak
14 Ounce T-bone steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a side of house made Kansas City steak sauce, a loaded baked potato and fresh steamed broccoli

Blackened Mojito Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared with blackening spices and topped with candied lemon and lime wheels, served over pesto mashed potatoes with citrus beurre blanc

Tomato & Garlic Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with grape tomatoes, basil and onions in roasted garlic Alfredo sauce over pasta

Lemon Caper Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus

Shrimp Scampi 
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with onions, garlic and parsley in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese
