New Orleans Seafood Stew
Fresh mahi mahi, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams sautéed with chorizo sausage, black beans, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic white wine sauce, served over rice

Jumbo shrimp dipped in a light egg batter and sautéed with eggplant and fresh spinach in a sherry lemon wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese

This classic sandwich is made on French toast filled with melted Swiss cheese, grilled turkey and ham, dusted with powdered sugar and presented with a strawberry sour cream dipping sauce and served with macaroni salad

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
