Dinner Features September 15th, 2017


Dessert:
Blueberry Shortcake                                                                                     

Fresh sugared blueberries and vanilla ice cream served on a homemade biscuit



Entrees: 

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo     

Pan-seared chicken tossed with onions, peppers and chorizo sausage in a spicy tomato sauce over steamed rice      



Honey Mustard Chicken          

Breaded fried chicken layered with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles over house made macaroni salad and finished with a honey mustard sauce and crispy onions  



Grilled Stockyard                                                                                                  

Seasoned Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with a baked potato, mixed vegetables and finished with A1 onions and mushrooms  



Lemon Asparagus Scallops                                                                 

Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with garlic, onions, peas and bacon in a lemon asparagus alfredo over pasta   



Grilled Swordfish                                                                                      

Spice rubbed swordfish served over pesto mashed potatoes with a side of asparagus then finished with an olive tapenade



Pepper Shrimp                                                                      

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with onions, peppers, garlic and broccoli in a white wine butter sauce over pasta then topped with Asiago cheese



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                              

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



Fish Fry                                                                                  

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
