Boneless chicken breast stir fried with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic butter sauce, served over fried rice

Boneless chicken breast pan seared and served over a homemade bread stuffing, finished with mushroom gravy and broccoli

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection and finished with a honey barbeque onion steak sauce, served with steamed broccoli and creamy asiago potatoes  

Lemon Bacon Sea Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan roasted with bacon, onion and artichoke hearts in a lemon Alfredo sauce, served over steamed white rice   

Onion Crusted Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared with an onion crust, finished with a chipotle sriracha mayonnaise and served over broccoli cheddar risotto potatoes

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with grape tomatoes, onions, basil and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
