Dinner Features July 20th, 2017


Honey Ginger Chicken         

Boneless chicken breast strips breaded and tossed with garlic, honey, ginger, scallions, peppers, onions and mushrooms over fried rice      



Chicken Stroganoff               

Sautéed boneless chicken breast chunks in a garlic rosemary cream sauce with butter, shitake & portobello mushrooms served over egg noodles and finished with oyster cracker topping



            Blackened Mix Grill                                                   

Blackened Barramundi and Grouper over bacon horseradish mashed potatoes then finished with crispy sriracha onions

                                               

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                          

Marinated Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak and char grilled to perfection, served with a baked potato and mixed vegetable then finished with a mushroom & onion hollandaise sauce



Orange Sesame Crab & Scallops                                                  

 Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed in a orange sesame sauce with scallions, bell peppers and onions over rice pilaf and finished with tempura surimi crab strips



Lemon Caper Striped Bass                                                 

Pan seared striped bass over mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables then finished with a lemon caper butter sauce



Spicy Garden Shrimp                                                                             

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms in a spicy white wine butter sauce over pasta  



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
