Barbeque Shrimp Skewer Salad
Barbeque marinated grilled shrimp skewer presented over mixed greens with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, avocado, dried cranberries, oranges, and pecans served with chipotle vinaigrette

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless chicken breast oven roasted in a panko crust and stuffed with tomatoes and goat cheese served over pasta tossed in a light pesto sauce and finished with asiago cheese      

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic Marsala demi glace served with rice pilaf

Jerk Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with jerk spices, topped with an onion garlic sauce and served with a twice baked potato 

Seafood Fra Diablo
Deep sea scallops, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with peppers, onions, green olives, mushrooms and jalapeños in a spicy garlic marinara sauce, served over pasta  

Grilled Blue Marlin
Fresh grilled blue marlin filet served with an apple walnut rosemary butter and presented over marinated grilled vegetables   

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sausage, fresh spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
