Fierce “Hot Tamale” Burrito
Jalapeño peppers, rice and beans stuffed in a XL burrito with pepper jack cheese, peppers and onions served with cinnamon corn chips  

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a garlic brown sauce with broccoli, mushrooms, scallions, bell peppers and onion served over fried rice    

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak marinated, seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a bacon horseradish mayonnaise and served with broccoli and a cheddar bacon stuffed potato

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared with peppers, onions, sweet corn, peas, carrots and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over egg noodles

Cajun Chili California Sea Bass
Fresh California sea bass seared with Cajun chili spices, finished with a tomato cucumber aioli and served over dill potato salad

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed in a spicy Spanish tomato sauce, served over white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
