Southwest Pulled Pork Nachos Supreme
Fried corn chips topped with barbeque pulled pork, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, jalapeños, tomatoes, peppers and onion finished with sour cream

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, sweet peas, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions in a garlic fresh basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese       

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a sautéed mushroom Bermuda onion sherry garlic butter sauce and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato

Flower City Grilled Shrimp Skewer Salad
A grilled shrimp skewer marinated with lemon, cilantro, white wine and honey presented over wild greens with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, onions, dried cranberries, fresh pineapple and pecans finished with a homemade cucumber melon vinaigrette and dusted with coconut flakes

Deep sea scallops, surimi crabmeat, blue marlin and chopped clams sautéed with chorizo sausage, red beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers and onions in a white wine garlic broth served over rice pilaf

Fresh striped sea bass broiled and topped with a mango cilantro pineapple relish, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf
