Dinner Features July 9

Country Chicken
Boneless breaded chicken breast pan seared and layered with buttermilk onion crisps, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and spinach served over mashed potatoes with a country pan gravy   

Moo Shu Pancakes
Moo Shu style potato pancakes stacked with honey garlic chicken, scallion infused sour cream, sautéed mushrooms, red peppers and a soy maple glaze

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with A1® mushrooms and onions and presented over mashed potatoes with broccoli hollandaise

Cumin Scallops
Deep sea scallops Cajun dusted and pan seared, served over dirty rice and finished with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole    

Grilled Blackened Marlin
Fresh blue marlin grilled with blackening spices, served over a dill potato salad and finished with fresh mango salsa

Shrimp Sriracha
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed in a sweet and spicy sriracha sauce, served over fried rice with onion rings  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
