French Onion Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a potato chip crust and layered with a French Onion aioli, served over mashed potatoes and roasted red peppers

Tandoori Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, peppers, onions and scallions in a curry cream sauce, finished with coconut flakes and raisins, presented over rice with toasted pita bread

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak marinated, seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with homemade potato salad, broccoli and tempura surimi crabmeat sticks

Scallops & Crabmeat Stir Fry
Deep sea scallops and Surimi Crabmeat pan seared with mushrooms, peppers, onions and scallions in a spicy orange sauce, served over fried rice  

Blackened California Sea Bass
Fresh California sea bass seared with blackening spices, finished with a garden herb aioli and served over Creole rice and asparagus spears  

Fried Shrimp Sicilian
Jumbo shrimp battered and fried tossed with olives, capers, peppers, carrots, spinach and garlic in a tomato pan sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
