Asiago Chicken
Boneless chicken breast marinated and grilled, tossed with asparagus, onions and peas in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Sesame Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan lightly breaded and tossed in a sesame orange sauce with broccoli, served over fried rice  

Stockyard Con Flamingo
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak marinated and char grilled to perfection, sliced and presented on a three cheese quesadilla, topped with two fried eggs, fresh pico de gallo and cheddar cheese

Scallops & Dumplings
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over caramelized onion and potato stuffed dumplings, finished with a garlic parmesan butter sauce

Blackened Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices, served over Amish potato salad with grilled vegetables and chipotle mayonnaise

Volcano Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in sriracha barbeque sauce, paired with scallion mashed potatoes and coconut onion rings

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
