Buffalo Chicken
Tender beer battered chicken strips tossed in buffalo wing sauce, served with bleu cheese cottage fries and macaroni salad

Crispy Singapore Chicken
Boneless tempura battered chicken breast tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce, served over rice and stir fried vegetables

Scallops Grecco
Deep sea scallops pan seared with artichokes, spinach, onions and garlic in a bacon cream sauce, served over pasta   

Chili Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp rubbed with cumin and chili seasonings pan seared with mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic presented over spinach in a hearty mole sauce   
 
Short Ribs Benedict
Tender braised shredded beef short ribs presented over a toasted English muffin with poached eggs and a mushroom onion ragout, topped with a bleu cheese hollandaise sauce

Blackened Blue Marlin
Fresh blue marlin pan seared with blackening spices and finished with a fresh lemon lime pineapple salsa, served over pesto mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
