Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a house made steak sauce, cottage fries and broccoli hollandaise

Southern Fried Chicken & Biscuits
Tender Southern fried chicken breast layered over a bacon cheddar biscuit and mashed potatoes & finished with fried pickles   

Lilly Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a potato chip crust, served over wilted leek potatoes and asparagus spears, finished with a French onion aioli and crisp Tabasco® onions

Walleye Oscar
Fresh pan seared walleye filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat and presented over roasted garlic mashed potatoes, finished with hollandaise sauce and crispy onions   

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared in a garlic crust with broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers and red onions in a white wine lemon butter sauce, served over pasta    

Shrimp Paella
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage and surf clams, presented over paella style yellow rice   
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
