Dinner Features January 8

London Broil
Marinated flank steak grilled and served with broccoli hollandaise and mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy

Buffalo Chicken Stack
Southern seasoned chicken strips tossed in a mild buffalo sauce, served with jalapeno macaroni and cheese balls, bleu cheese fries and a ranch drizzle

Walnut Chicken
Boneless seasoned chicken breast pan seared and topped with a candied walnut grape conserve, served over acorn mashed potatoes and asparagus spears    

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over baked creamy spinach and artichoke pasta with asiago cheese and toasted pita bread

Cajun Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with blackening spices with sweet corn, peppers, onions and garlic in a vegetable Cajun alfredo sauce, served over pasta
 
Seafood Stew
Pan seared walleye, haddock and blue marlin in a spicy red clam sauce with onions and peppers, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
