Montreal Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montreal seasonings and smothered in a rich burgundy tomato basil Portobello sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Wild Mushroom Florentine
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, Portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms in a light tarragon cream sauce, served over pasta   

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust in lemon and sherry wine, presented over a bed of pasta alfredo blanketed with caramelized onions

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh pineapple, tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions in a zesty white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Scallops & Crabmeat Primavera
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms and a garden vegetable medley in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta
