Dinner Features January 9

Bistro Grilled New York Strip Steak
New York Strip steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a sautéed mushroom and onion steak sauce and melted brie cheese, served with a twice baked potato  

Chicken Shiitake
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta  

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust and topped with an apple pepper onion sauce, served over acorn cheddar smashed potatoes

Seafood Newberg
Deep sea scallops, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with peppers and onions in a sherry cream sauce, served over rice    

Roasted Red Pepper Shrimp Florentine
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, zucchini and fresh spinach in a basil white wine roasted red pepper asiago cream sauce served over pasta  
 
Fresh Broiled Walleye
Fresh walleye filet broiled and topped with a rosemary Dijon sauce, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
