Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, finished with an apple walnut butter and crispy onions, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a zesty garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta  
Scallops Monte Carlo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini and artichoke hearts in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta    

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, fresh spinach, broccoli and carrots in a marsala demi-glace served over rice
 
Beef Burrito Supreme
A shredded beef burrito stuffed with pepper jack cheese and rice, served with spicy black beans and topped with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream and salsa

Grilled Blue Marlin
Fresh marinated blue marlin char grilled and finished with a tarragon Dijon sauce, served over asparagus sears with a side of rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
