Dinner Features January 29

Char Grilled Guinness Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented over a Guinness demi-glace and topped with caramelized onions, served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes

Pesto Alfredo Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes in a white wine pesto alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Chicken California
Boneless marinated chicken breast pan seared and topped with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and avocado, finished with basil oil and served with rice pilaf  

Coconut Crusted Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan fried with a coconut crust, finished with a roasted pineapple coulis and served over rice pilaf     

Fresh Broiled Striped Bass
Fresh striped sea bass seasoned and char broiled, finished with a roasted garlic herb butter and presented over long grain wild rice, served with sautéed spinach      

Scallops Balsamic
Deep sea scallops seasoned and pan seared, presented over fresh greens with a balsamic reduction, served with a roasted acorn squash puree and barley risotto

Char Grilled Shrimp Macaroni & Cheese
Jumbo shrimp seasoned and char grilled, presented over roasted garlic and bacon macaroni and cheese, finished with crispy onions and  served with garlic bread
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
