Dinner Features January 14

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned & char grilled to order, served with bleu cheese mushrooms, asparagus spears and bacon cheddar stuffed potatoes

Thai Peanut Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with onions, peppers and scallions in a soy peanut sauce, served over steamed white rice with toasted pita bread  

Southwestern Cajun Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with blackening spices and presented over sriracha mashed potatoes in a pool of creamed corn  

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, spinach and artichoke hearts in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Black Pepper Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp crusted in black pepper flour and pan seared over crab mashed potatoes served with broccoli hollandaise with a side of Cajun aioli  
  
Honey Herb Salmon
Fresh salmon pan seared with a honey herb butter glaze, presented over mashed potatoes with a vegetable medley

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
