Dinner features January 6

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a mushrooms and onion steak sauce served with a loaded baked potato and vegetable medley

Chicken & Dumplings
Tender stewed chicken with carrots, celery and onions in a hearty white gravy, presented over cheddar dumplings

Hunan Chicken
Boneless garlic crusted chicken breast pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, onions and peppers, tossed in an Asian brown sauce and served over rice 

Acorn Scallops
Deep pan seared sea scallops presented over homemade gnocchi tossed in an acorn squash alfredo sauce, finished with asiago cheese    

Shrimp & Clam Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp and surf clams pan seared with peppers, onions and garlic in a hearty tomato sauce, served over rice
 
Mediterranean Walleye
Fresh walleye pan roasted and presented over mashed potatoes in a pool of wilted spinach, Kalamata olives, stewed tomatoes and garlic in a white wine sauce  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
