Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with A1® mushrooms and onions, served with steamed broccoli and a loaded baked potato

Jerk Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with jerk spices and finished with fresh pineapple salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Chicken Chop Suey
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a garlic Asian brown sauce, served over stir fried noodles with carrots, cabbage, peppers and onions

Walleye French
Fresh walleye filet dipped in a light egg batter and pan seared in a lemon sherry butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears    

Garden Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over creamy tomato, bacon, onion, wilted spinach rice with mushrooms, peppers and onions

Creole Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with Cajun spices and served in a garlic butter sauce over yellow rice with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
