Dinner Features January 26th, 2018



Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin with mashed potatoes with mushroom onion gravy, vegetable medley and house made steak sauce



Lemon Lime Honey Chicken                       

Tender breaded chicken breast strips tossed in a sweet and spicy lemon lime garlic red chili sauce served over fried rice



Garda Masala                        
Seasoned spiced chicken tossed in a Garda Masala sauce with white steamed rice and steamed vegetables



Scallops & Crab                                                  

Pan seared scallops and surimi crab meat over creamy asiago cheese rice infused with bacon, onion, tomato and spinach  



Shrimp Gumbo                                              

Pan seared shrimp with onions, peppers and chorizo sausage in a hearty and spicy tomato sauce over rice



Blackened Salmon                             

Pan seared blackened Akura salmon over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes then finished with a wilted spinach, garlic, bacon white wine butter sauce



                       Walleye French                                     

Egg battered fried Walleye over mashed potatoes and asparagus with a sherry lemon butter sauce

                      

                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                 

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                           

            Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
