Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with bleu cheese mushrooms and tabasco onions, served with mashed potatoes and gravy    

Crispy Honey Sriracha Chicken
Tender tempura battered chicken breast tossed in a honey sriracha garlic sauce, presented over white rice and stir-fried vegetables

Chicken Cordon Blue
Tender breaded chicken breast stuffed with swiss cheese and smoky ham with mashed potatoes in a creamy béchamel sauce

Chicken & Biscuits
Crisp breaded country fried chicken breast presented over mashed potatoes with sausage gravy and served with a house made buttermilk biscuit

Deep sea scallops pan seared with smoky ham, sweet peas and onions in an asiago cream sauce, served over white rice  

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic in a lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta
 
French Onion Salmon
Fresh salmon pan seared with a crisp potato & onion crust, presented over garlic mashed potatoes and finished with French onion aioli, sriracha drizzle & crispy onions  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
