Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak in an ancho chili marinade, char grilled to perfection and finished with a chipotle mayonnaise and crispy onions, served with scallion mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko breading and tossed in lemon caper butter, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears
