Dinner Features January 15


Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a jalapeño red onion sweet jam, vegetable medley and a twice baked broccoli bacon cheddar stuffed potato 

Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Stack
Boneless crispy breaded chicken breast layered with lettuce, tomatoes and sriracha cream cheese presented over bleu cheese mashed potatoes with ranch dressing and wing sauce    

Pu Tin Pu
Tender tempura battered chicken breast tossed in a lemon honey garlic sauce, served over sriracha scallion fried rice and stir fry vegetables  

Scallops with White Clam Sauce
Deep sea scallops pan seared with surf clams, bacon, onions and garlic in a lemon parmesan white wine sauce, served over pasta 

Southwestern Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in Cajun spices with black beans, peppers and onions in a roasted corn alfredo sauce, served over rice 
  
Chipotle Chili Salmon 
Fresh salmon pan seared with chili seasonings, finished with a sriracha onion aioli and presented over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
