Montréal Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled Montreal seasoned pork chops topped with a marsala garlic shiitake mushroom sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Chicken Normandy
Boneless chicken breast sautéed  with apples, red sweet peppers and onions in a white wine cream sauce, served over rice

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, zucchini and Bermuda onions in a roasted red pepper Dijon sauce, served over pasta
 
Bourbon Street Seafood Stew
Fresh deep-sea scallops, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with chorizo sausage, jalapeno peppers, black beans, tomatoes, peppers and onions, in a spicy tomato broth served over rice

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sun dried tomatoes and fresh broccoli in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta
 
Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a light herb crust with white wine, presented over asparagus spears and topped with a crab spinach goat cheese cream sauce, served with a side of rice   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
