Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with mashed potatoes, A1® mushroom gravy and a vegetable medley, finished with a creamy horsy sauce and crispy onions  

BLT Avocado Chicken
Tender Southern fried chicken breast layered with bacon, crisp lettuce, tomatoes and avocado served over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes & finished with a chipotle aioli   

Sweet & Sour Chicken
Boneless tempura battered crispy chicken breast tossed in sweet & sour sauce, served with steamed broccoli and white rice

Loco Moco
Pan fried seasoned ground beef patty over ham & onion fried rice, topped with brown gravy, over easy eggs, and crispy onions

Sesame Tuna
Sesame crusted tuna with a stir-fried noodle cake, soy ginger glaze and cinnamon wontons   

Lemon Bacon Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, asparagus, lemon and onions in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta    

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with vine ripe tomatoes, red onions, fresh basil and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta with a toasted baguette  
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
