Dinner Features January 16

New York Strip Steak Diane
New York Strip steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed sweet peppers, mushrooms and onions in a marsala peppercorn sauce and served with a bacon cheddar twice baked potato 

Coconut Brie Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with apples, artichoke hearts, scallions and French brie cheese in a light apple honey cream sauce, dusted with shredded coconut flakes, served with rice and asparagus spears   

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust in a sherry lemon sauce, presented over rice and finished with an onion aioli sauce

Southwestern Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, jalapeño peppers, black beans, bell peppers and onions in a spicy garlic sherry wine sauce, served over rice and finished with cheddar cheese and tortilla chips    

Seafood Alfredo Florentine
Jumbo shrimp, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed in a light pesto alfredo sauce with fresh spinach, tossed with pasta
 
Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach and aged goat cheese topped with a roasted red pepper onion basil cream sauce & served with a side of rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
