Dinner Features January 10

Steak Au Poivre
New York Strip steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, smothered in a black peppercorn Dijon sauce, served with maple cinnamon baked acorn squash and crumbly bleu herb smashed potatoes   

Lemon Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli in a fresh basil lemon garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and topped with aged goat cheese  

Flower City Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, fresh spinach and onions in a roasted red pepper cream sauce, served over pasta  

Scallops Ala Romano Alfredo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and olives in a light alfredo sauce tossed with pasta  

New Orleans Seafood Stew
Jumbo shrimp, fresh haddock, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat simmered in a garlic white wine broth with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers and onions, served over rice  
 
Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh pan seared mahi mahi filet topped with Cajun spiced brie and a sweet burgundy onion jam, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
