Garlic Herb Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak dry rubbed with herbs & garlic, char grilled and topped with caramelized onions and melted asiago cheese, served with Cajun fried potato wedges  

Chicken Soliel
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with oranges, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and scallions in a rosemary white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf 

Caribbean Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh pineapple, banana, peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms in a zesty sherry wine sauce, served over rice and dusted with shredded coconut

Shrimp Italian
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a fresh basil garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Seafood Alfredo Vegetable Medley
Deep sea scallops, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with a garden vegetable medley in a light alfredo sauce, served over pasta
 
Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh sushi grade tuna pan seared with an apple walnut pecan sauce, presented over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
