Dinner Features January 5th, 2018



Seasoned and grilled Stockyard Sirloin with chorizo jalapeno cheddar cheese mac bites with asparagus and A1 mushrooms and onions




Tender tempura battered chicken breast chunks tossed in a honey sriracha mustard sauce over steamed rice and stir fried vegetables



Southern Chicken & Biscuits                                  

Southern fried chicken breast served over mashed potatoes in a sausage gravy with a homemade cheddar biscuit



Acorn Scallops Alfredo                                    

Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with onions, garlic and red bell peppers in an acorn squash alfredo over pasta



Shrimp & Clams                                                   

Pan seared shrimp tossed with surf clams, onions and bacon in a garlic parmesan butter sauce over pasta



Lemon Caper Walleye                         

Black pepper flour encrusted Walleye over mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a lemon caper butter sauce  

                      

                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                    

            Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
