Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a creamy horseradish sauce and served with asparagus spears and mashed potatoes with gravy

Cajun Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with Cajun spices and tossed with mushrooms, broccoli, red bell peppers and garlic in a creamy alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Boneless curry garlic chicken breast pan seared with stir fry vegetables and steamed white rice, served with toasted pita bread   

Garlic Butter Scallops

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
