Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a chipotle sriracha aioli and served with buffalo cottage fries and vegetable medley

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic brown sauce, served over vegetable fried rice with a homemade eggroll    

Chicken & Vegetable Cacciatore
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a garlic crust with mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash and bell peppers in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Scalloped Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with smoky ham, sweet peas, onions and garlic in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta   

Creole Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a hearty tomato sauce, served over dirty rice   
 
Short Ribs Cannelloni    
Tender braised short ribs presented over potato and cheese stuffed cannelloni finished with a hearty tomato mushroom ragout and asiago cheese

Jerk Blue Marlin
Fresh blue marlin pan seared with jerk spices and finished with a fresh pineapple salsa, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
