Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with caramelized onions and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato  

Spanish Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with jalapeños, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy red sauce, served with rice    

Chicken & Wild Mushrooms
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with button, shiitake and Portobello mushrooms in a garlic sherry basil cream sauce, served over pasta   

Orange Curry Scallops
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a spicy curry orange sauce, served over rice and dusted with sesame seeds

Asiago Roasted Red Pepper Shrimp Florentine
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach in a roasted red pepper asiago cream sauce, tossed with pasta  
 
Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and aged goat cheese drizzled with tarragon cream sauce and presented over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
