Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a creamy horsey sauce and served with asparagus and a baked sweet potato with maple butter  

Mushroom Chicken Stroganoff
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a garlic crust with button, shiitake and Portobello mushrooms served in an asiago cream sauce over egg noodles   

Shanghai Orange Garlic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a crisp tempura batter tossed in an orange garlic sauce with stir fried vegetables, served over fried rice

Acorn Squash Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with red bell peppers and onions in a roasted acorn squash alfredo, served over pasta     

Garden Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, red onions and bell peppers in a lemon white wine butter sauce, served over pasta   
 
Salmon Arrabiata
Fresh salmon filet pan seared presented over mashed potatoes finished with wilted garlic spinach, bacon, tomatoes and Kalamata olives in a white wine butter sauce

Sole Oscar
Fresh sole fish broiled with lemon butter and topped with surimi crabmeat and hollandaise sauce, served with broccoli and rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
