Dinner Features December 22nd, 2017


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                  

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and chargrilled to perfection with onion mashed potatoes, broccoli hollandaise and then finished with A1 mushrooms gravy and crispy onions




Breaded and deep fried buttermilk fried chicken over mashed potatoes, sausage gravy and a house made biscuit



Coconut Curry Chicken    

Pan seared curry chicken breast strips tossed with banana, onions, mushrooms and peppers over white rice and finished with coconut and raisins and toasted pita



Scallops Primavera                                                        

Pan seared deep sea scallops with asparagus, mushrooms, peppers, onions and broccoli in a lemon butter sauce over pasta



Shrimp, Rice & Beignet                                   

Cajun battered jumbo tiger shrimp over paella style rice and beignet also known as a creole donut



Blackened Salmon                                             

Pan seared blackened salmon over southern macaroni and cheese, asparagus and French quartered remoulade

                      

                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                             
                         Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
