Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a house made steak sauce and served with a vegetable medley and a baked sweet potato with maple butter

Singapore Stir Fry Chicken
Crisp fried chicken strips tossed with mushrooms, peppers and onions in a sweet and sour sauce served over fried rice 

Southwest Chicken Burrito
Grande flour tortilla stuffed with red hot stewed chicken, peppers, onions and a chipotle aioli, served over southwestern rice

Bacon Spinach Tomato Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, spinach and tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce over pasta

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with peppers and onions in a red wine spicy tomato sauce over rice

Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices and served over toasted garlic mashed potatoes with broccoli hollandaise and artichoke aioli

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
