Char Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak char grilled to perfection, topped with melted fresh mozzarella and a mushroom onion steak sauce, served with a twice baked potato      

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, peppers and onions in a basil sun dried tomato asiago cream sauce, served over pasta 

Mixed Seafood Grille
A petite broiled salmon filet topped with an herb aioli sauce paired with Cajun pan seared sushi grade tuna, topped with a creole sauce and served with rice  

Scallops Elizabeth
Sea Scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and broccoli in a pesto white wine Dijon sauce, served over pasta  

Shrimp & Vegetable Curry Medley
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers, broccoli, peppers and onions in a sweet sesame curry sauce, served over rice  
 
Pan Seared Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared with a garlic lemon rosemary mushroom sauce, presented over asparagus spears with pasta and dusted with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
