Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with caramelized onions and presented over fresh rosemary & crumbly bleu smashed potatoes

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini in a zesty marsala wine sauce, served over pasta

Lemon Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic lemon basil white wine sauce, served over pasta
